a) If fulfilment of any prize or any element of this promotion is delayed or affected due to Covid-19 and/or any associated government restrictions, any affected entrants will be contacted by the Promoter and kept updated of any unavoidable changes to the promotion or prizes. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable in the event of the cancellation of the Paris Olympic games but will endeavour to minimise the effect to participants to avoid undue disappointment by offering an alternate prize of equal or greater value.
b) If in the event a winner is unable to travel to Paris 2024 Olympic Games when selected due to the events being postponed, delayed or the dates changed, or a winner or guest are unable to travel to Paris 2024 Olympic Games after selection and confirmation due to the events being postponed, delayed or the dates changed, the winner is permitted to transfer the prize and / or guest ticket to another person aged 18+ provided that a minimum 30 days-notice is given before travel. The winner will be offered an alternative prize of equal or greater value to avoid undue disappointment.
c) If replacement attendee details including full name and email address are not provided by the winner to the Promoter within 48 hours of request, the winner will forfeit their prize and an alternate winner will be drawn. Daily winners will be selected on the Monday after each promotional week (unless there is a bank holiday), one winner for each day of the promotional week; this will happen over the 35 weeks of the main promotional period. Should there be no entries on a particular day the prize will roll over to the next day.
Winner Notification: All winners will be contacted via the email address provided on entry within 7 days of each draw date. After 7 days of the first notification email they will receive a second notification email. All winners have 14 days from the first notification email to confirm acceptance of their prize by replying to either of the notification emails. The main prize winner and monthly prize winners will need to provide proof of age via valid ID (passport, driving licence, or equivalent). County of residence will be requested from main and monthly prize winners for the purpose of the winners list if no objection is received. In the case that they do not respond within 14 days from the initial notification to either of the notification emails, reject their prize, or are ineligible, another winner will be selected using the same methodology as above. The process will repeat three times until the prize becomes null and void. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email connections during this time in case they are a winner.
Delivery: The Paris 2024 Tickets Package will be provided and fulfilled by our Prize Partner On Location. On Location will contact package winners within 14 days of winner confirmation and the completion of the verification to begin the fulfilment process. NDL will contact package winners within 14 days of winner confirmation and the completion of the verification to arrange Eurostar travel for the winners and their guest.
All monthly prizes will be provided and fulfilled by our Prize Partner NDL and must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them. NDL will contact package winners within 14 days of winner confirmation and the completion of the verification to begin the fulfilment process.
Daily prizes will be delivered partially tracked to the postage address submitted on entry. All prizes will be delivered within 28 days of valid claim and the completion of any verification process.
We will try our best to get your prizes to you as quickly as possible and will endeavour to communicate any delays to you.

Verification: The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for proof of address, purchase, or valid ID (passport, driving licence or equivalent) which they must provide within 14 days and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the spirit of the promotion, any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating or won using fraudulent means.
It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the promotion and on acceptance of their prize. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.
Liability: If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected entries. If an act, omission, event, or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants to avoid undue disappointment.
The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special, or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, or damage that is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using their prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death, and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
General: If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
The Promoter’s decision is final regarding all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware, or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay, or prevent a participant’s entry to the Promotion.
These Terms and Conditions (and any non-contractual issues which arise out of or in connection with them) will be governed by relevant local law with any disputes as to the meaning of these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts unless you live in another part of the UK, in which case your local courts will have jurisdiction.
Data protection: The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose unless we have your consent. Your personal details will always be kept confidential and in accordance with current Data Protection legislation. All data will be deleted 3 months after each promotional period end date with the exception of Paris 2024 Ticket Package winners and monthly trip winners whose data will be deleted on completion of their trip.
